i found the staff polite. the entertainment was top notch, especially the bingo with amalia and osa. the food was varied and good each day with lots of fresh options.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. the food was very good. I found a great selection. the pool was very clean and so was the hotel itself, which i really appreciate. i liked the wonderful garden with a nice swimming pool and a bar.
the only small issue was the lack of water and coffee in my room.

The staff was very pleasant and couldn't do enough for me. They were very responsive to all my needs. the barman made sure my drinks were always filled and he was friendly! the entertainment team seemed fantastic.

The hotel has a turkish bath house and a couple botanic gardens, one plays classical music. I found it very relaxing. there is an outdoor pool, a sauna, a gym, and a spa. the evening entertainment was really great.

My room had air conditioning, a fridge, and a tv and it was cleaned every day! the balcony was spacious and offered a great view of the pool. the bed was comfortable. I slept very well.

manuel from the bar was very friendly he always made my son laugh it made our holiday nice i appreciated his excellent customer service and how helpful he was his carnival outfit was great too.
the amount of flies was a nuisance they were everywhere in the restaurant on the food and outside i constantly had them on me

I found the room very clean. my room had a nice view of mount teide and the sea! manuel, the barman, made us laugh a lot. He was really good. i feel grateful for his fantastic service
The hotel food left a lot to be desired. meat was barely cooked. the bar closed too early. It seemed like a retirement home at times.

The room was clean and attended to daily! the bed was huge. i loved the €1 cup deposit. It saved so much on waste. random activities after tea time were fun, and the activity guys were really engaging!
were openly smoking drugs and dealing by the pool, in front of children. the staff did not challenge this behavior even though they frequently walked by. injuries by the pool were attended to by other guests. The hotel staff advised they did not have first aid kits available.
